Every month or two I like to feature a client's successes in order to a) yes, brag a little bit, b) showcase the hard work each and every one of my clients puts in, and c) say thank you for their hard work, dedication, and loyalty. With this in mind, I can definitely say that this client success story has been long overdue for Emily Raychel. Emily came to me post-pregnancy in January with the goal of getting back to pre-pregnancy weight, getting stronger, getting rid of some nagging shoulder pain, and being able to complete a full marathon. Five months later I can attest that she has accomplished all of these feats (preparing for the Lakefront Marathon in October to qualify for Boston Marathon). Over this five month span, Emily has lost 26 pounds, 6% body fat, has gotten rid of her shoulder pain, and has been setting personal records in the weight room as well as in her running with a most recent 71st place finish out of 2077 women at the 2013 Rock n Sole Summerfest Half Marathon. Nice job Emily! Keep up the hard work!
